Not the best flying day as you can tell by the very low visibility. But I did have some height so got to practice spirals and I always enjoy the hike up to launch. It is funny how the mind and body work, now I know I don't need to eat often, one meal a day actually makes me feel better, even with the hiking. Well health wise it does, for the pure enjoyment of taste it is sometimes a bit challenging.
