Congratulations Calina on her fist time breaking 40km! I stayed behind as I'm water fasting for (hopefully) 7 days, zero calories. Day 3 today and I feel weak but not too bad, usually around day 4 your body starts to find energy from its existing storage. It is great for clearing dead, damaged and sick cells from the body. Also removing scar tissue and basic crud build up, and of course excess fat is crud so I should shed a lot of that too! I know some people think it sounds crazy but a lot of info on the benefits on YouTube. Wish me luck!
